IF YOU CAN PROVIDE AN IMPORT PERMIT, WE WILL EXPORT TO ANY COUNTRY

Exports to EU Countries.

We do export to EU member countries, and the steps are quite simple:

Contact us, and place an order.

We recommend a minimum order size of 75 plants, or a small-order size surcharge may have to be levied, to cover our costs.
We can only give you an approximate € price, if you require one, as the € exchange rate varies daily.

  1. Apply to your country's Ministry of Agriculture, or similar, for an import permit.
  2. The permit must be for entry of: unrooted cuttings, Echeveria sp. commodity code 0602.10.00
  3. The permit must be issued in the English language, if possible, for Australian Quarantine to read.

When you receive your permit, scan it and send us a copy by email, including your order.
The rest is then fast.
We will calculate and email the final € price to you. This should still be close to the approximate price we gave earlier, unless the exchange rates have fluctuated greatly since then, or you have altered your order size meantime.

Our final price includes all AQIS fees, phytosanitary certificate, international air freight, shipping insurance, etc., so there will be no hidden fees. Then you can post the permit to us and we will send you payment instructions. As soon as we have your original copy import permit, and the money transfer is confirmed, your order will be prepared, packaged, inspected, issued an Australian Quarantine Inspection Service Phytosanitary Certificate, and the plants are immediately sent by DHL air freight. Usually within 48-60 hours, they are landed in your country. Your Ministry of Agriculture may / may not inspect them again, and then they get sent to the address shown on the permit.

Other relevant facts:
Echeverias travel extremely well, and losses in transit to European nations are a very rare occurrence.
The plants cannot leave Australia without an import permit from you.
Post Box addresses cannot be accepted as a delivery address, sorry.
You will receive free cultivation instructions with each order.
You will wonder why you didn't do this years earlier....
